Baked Potato

Baked Potato:


4 large russet potatoes
Canola oil to coat
Salt


Preheat oven to 350°. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly, then coat them with oil and sprinkle on the salt. Using a fork, poke 8 to 12 deep holes into the potatoes to let moisture escape during cooking. Bake them for an hour and fifteen minutes. Cut them open — be careful of steam — and enjoy!
