OPTIMAL HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Conventional Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place frozen patties in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake on middle oven rack for 14 to 16 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Carefully remove baking sheet from oven with oven mitts.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
- Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Due to variance in appliances, cooking times and/or temperatures may require adjustment.
Microwave Oven:
- Place frozen patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate.
- Heat on HIGH for 2.5 to 3 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Do not overheat.
- Carefully remove microwave-safe plate with oven mitts from microwave.
- Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
- Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Due to variance in appliances, cooking times and/or temperatures may require adjustment.
Dinnertime Tips
Serving Suggestion:
- Instead of making burgers we use chicken patties as the meat and just add whatever burger toppings everybody likes and serve it with some chips.
Time Saver:
- When chicken breast is on sale, buy the large value packs and make it all at the same time and it does freeze well. I shred some; I cube some and I serve some on a bun. Easy.
