OPTIMAL HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Conventional Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place frozen patties in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake on middle oven rack for 14 to 16 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Carefully remove baking sheet from oven with oven mitts and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
  • Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Due to variance in appliances, cooking times and/or temperatures may require adjustment.

Microwave Oven:

  • Place frozen patties in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate.
  • Heat on HIGH for 2.5 to 3 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Do not overheat.
  • Carefully remove microwave-safe plate with oven mitts from microwave.
  • Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
  • Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Due to variance in appliances, cooking times and/or temperatures may require adjustment.

Dinnertime Tips

Serving Suggestion:

  • Instead of making burgers we use chicken patties as the meat and just add whatever burger toppings everybody likes and serve it with some chips.

Time Saver:

  • When chicken breast is on sale, buy the large value packs and make it all at the same time and it does freeze well. I shred some; I cube some and I serve some on a bun. Easy.
